Emeryville Chamber of Commerce Board Members Nominated for New Term

The Emeryville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors accepted the report of the Board’s Nominating Committee for Chamber directors for a new term on the Chamber Board. The Board’s decision was unanimous.

Nominated as members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors for a three-year term, October 1, 2008 - September 30, 2011, are:

Dan Carlevaro - United Stamping Company

David Hicks - Business and Trial Attorney

Albert Repola - Ruby*s Cafe

Joseph Mudd - Novartis

Deborah McCarthy-Krisanits, DDS

Ron Mooney - California Syrup

Any Emeryville Chamber of Commerce member in good standing may submit a petition with alternate candidates for the Board of Directors. Such petition must be signed by at least four (4) other Emeryville Chamber of Commerce members in good standing and must be received at the Emeryville Chamber of Commerce office, 3980 Harlan Street, Emeryville, CA, 94608, no later than 5:00 p.m. Thursday, July 31st, to be considered. Please note that a separate petition signed by at least five (5) Emeryville Chamber of Commerce members in good standing must be submitted for each alternative Board candidate or officer.

Board members will be formally inducted for the new term at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting and Board Installation Luncheon on Wednesday, September 24th, 2008, at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, 5555 Shellmound Street, Emeryville.
